We are currently looking for energetic and personable individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. This entry-level role is perfect for candidates with experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, serving, or bartending who are looking to develop their communication, sales, and marketing skills in a hands-on, dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:
- Represent top wireless brands at assigned retail locations within the Olympia area by hosting engaging in-store events and promotions.
- Connect with customers face-to-face, answering questions, promoting the wide array of products and services our clients offer, and guiding consumers through the sales process.
- Work alongside other sales team members to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participate in daily meetings to develop interpersonal and communication skills while learning direct marketing and sales techniques.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture that fosters personal growth and collective success.

Qualifications:
- Customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to build and manage relationships.
- Knowledge of sales strategies, including cross-selling and up-selling, is a plus!
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in Retail, Customer Service, Restaurant, or Hospitality preferred.
